This 6 week package of private lessons is designed to build your core and address any postural changes that have happened during pregnancy. Looking after a newborn is challenging on the body at a time when it’s still recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. This 6 week pack of lessons will give you body awareness, better muscle tone, stronger core, improve pelvic floor muscle strength and leave you walking taller!
To begin with, Alison will come to your place to do a free consultation where she will assess your posture and discuss your goals and exercise needs. After that, if you’d like to continue with private lessons she will book you in for 6 weeks of private lessons in your home. You’ll also receive exercise cards for you to practise small amounts between sessions to see maximum results. Classes are based on the mat pilates exercises, modified to keep accommodate the do’s and don’ts of postnatal exercise.
Location: Your home (You just need space for an exercise mat)
Time: Any time that suits (if your baby has a regular nap time, this is usually the best time)
Price: Free consultation and 6 Private lessons for $450 ($75 a class)
Lessons can be shared with one or more friends to split the cost.
