Training in a one on one Pilates session allows you to focus 100% on your bodies needs so you can achieve the results you want sooner.

Our private Pilates classes on the mat can be done in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. Your instructor will do a postural assessment and discuss your medical history and goals with you before programming a Pilates program specific to your needs. Best results are achieved through regular practice so to help you with this, your instructor can also tailor a detailed at home workout for you to do between sessions. Every week more exercises can be added as you progress and feel yourself getting stronger and more confident with the Pilates movement.

Joseph Pilates himself once said “In 10 sessions of Pilates exercise, you’ll feel the difference; in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”.
