Pilates mat classes are an effective way to challenge your core muscles and increase flexibility. The class involves a series of exercises that use your own body for resistance work, some small apparatus such as a stretch band can be used to increase resistance. Alison teaches weekly mat classes at two locations:
West End: This is a very small class with a maximum of 5 people. The class is 45mins and runs you through a fast paced workout to improve flexibility, muscle tone and leave you feeling taller and stronger! With such small class numbers you get a chance to really master the Pilates technique. It also means you can’t escape the watchful eye of Alison – improved technique = maximum results. This class will benefit those who can easily move down and up from a mat on the floor.
Time: Fridays 12.15pm
Price: $25 for one class $100 for a block of 5 classes

Rochedale: With a maximum of 12 participants you will be guided through a stretching/strengthening workout to challenge your whole body.
Time: Wednesdays 6pm
