Alison has trained with STOTT Pilates and is a current member of Pilates Alliance Australasia. With a background as a professional ballet dancer, she has used pilates for years as a tool to strengthen and improve technique. Her teaching focus is on improving freedom and control of movement, developing body awareness and improving total body strength according to each individuals needs.

She has nine years of experiencing teaching in Pilates studios and physiotherapy clinics in both Brisbane and London and currently studying Osteopathy at Southern Cross University.
